Deployments do not end at go-live. We stay involved afterwards — through the first incidents, the first changes and the first audit — until the people who now own the platform are genuinely confident running it without us.
Our ethos
Supported until you are ready, not until the ticket closes
We have never thought a handover is finished because a document was signed. It is finished when the team on the other side can take a change request, a false positive or a 2am alert and deal with it on their own without hesitating.
So we set the end of support by your readiness rather than by a date in a contract. In practice that means we are still on the call for the first policy change, the first enforcement move, the first audit question — and we tell you when we think you no longer need us, rather than waiting to be asked.
What it covers
Support that follows the work
Hypercare after go-live
A defined period of close cover immediately after a deployment or migration, with direct access to the engineers who did the work rather than a queue.
Steady-state support
Ongoing help with policy changes, rule tuning, false positives, upgrades and environment changes — the routine work that decides whether a platform stays healthy or drifts.
Health checks and reviews
Periodic reviews of configuration, policy and coverage against the design as built, with a written list of what has drifted and what to do about it.
Escalation and incident help
When something goes wrong, you speak to people who already know your environment. No re-explaining the architecture before anyone can help.
How it works
Arranged to suit how you buy
Support can be a fixed period following a deployment, a retained allocation of days drawn down as you need them, or a call-off arrangement with an agreed response time. We will tell you which we think fits, including when the honest answer is that you do not need a retainer at all.
Whatever the shape, the same principle applies: everything we do is documented as we go, so the value stays with your team rather than leaving with ours.
